In July 2021, the first edition of "Appassionata - International Music Competition for Amateurs" was held. This first edition of the competition aimed to promote amateur musicians around the world.

The great spin-offs from the competition make it possible to glimpse new perspectives and create a music festival where professional and amateur musicians will rub shoulders.
 
In line with the competition, the festival will bring together the best projects ("Prix Excellence"). Musicians from the USA, Thailand, Spain, Poland, Germany and Belgium will perform on stage for a series of exceptional concerts. Come and discover musicians with incredible talent!

Concert of the winners of the 2021 competition - All the winners of the "Excellence 2021" prize will be invited at the expense of the association to participate in an exceptional concert / The USA, Thailand, Spain, Poland, Germany and Belgium will be represented by 13 winners.
-   April 18, 2022 - 6:00 p.m. - Les Tréteaux - Visé/ Concerts of the laureates 
-   May 01, 2022 -  6:00 p.m. - Les Tréteaux - Visé/ Show "Mozart vs Mozart" - the string ensemble "Les Cordes à Danser", winner of the 2021 competition, will produce its show (educational, humorous and family, from 8 years old) as part of the Appassionata Festival.
